The Lite-Form® concrete building system is a concrete form which combines high performance polystyrene insulation with a variety of plastic forming hardware and internal braces. These components are used to build all kinds of residential and commercial structures. Lite-Form® buildings have a permanent insulating value of up to R-30 Unlike ordinary construction methods there are no "soft spots" in this protective barrier...the high-mass concrete core and insulating walls are continuous throughout the structure. For above-ground buildings, utility cost reductions of 30% and more are common when compared to ordinary building systems for homes, or commercial buildings.

Strong and Secure
Lite-Form® buildings easily resist 100+mph winds and can be engineered to withstand nearly any violent weather condition. Below ground, the reinforced concrete walls resist buckling and cracking nearly 5 times better than hollow concrete block foundations.

Quiet
Lite-Form® buildings have superior STC (Sound Transmission Class) ratings: a nominal STC 55 for most structures. The same standards as those demanded in top-quality, commercial buildings, hotels and aprtment buildings and approx. 25% better than ordinary frame construction.

The Lite-Form® system produces a flat, monolithic concrete wall that does not compromise the building's structural strength. As a result, architects and engineers throughout the world can depend on structural guidelines (for reinforcing, thickness, etc.) which have been tested and proven for their area. Lite-Form® offers concrete forms to construct reinforced concrete walls from 4-inches to 24-inches thick. Forms can be stripped...Lite-Form® is the industry's only Insulating Concrete Form system which can use high quality EXTRUDED Polystyrene insulation for the concrete form walls. As a result, the forms can be STRIPPED (removed) to reveal the smooth concrete wall. This exclusive feature may be needed under special circumstances. For most projects, 90% of the stripped insulation can be salvaged and used in later Lite-Form® projects.

Customized shapes
Lite-Form® installers are able to construct forms for virtually any wall shape. Special shapes can be assembled on the jobsite or pre-assembled and delivered to jobsite in convenient panels.
